ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE CONTRACT
The contract comes into force as soon as the customer has made the payment, and once it is validated by the website www.greenvetic.ch.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Greenvetic Sarl undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data mentioned by customers when ordering on the online selling website www.greenvetic.ch and to process them within the limits imposed by law.

The products and photographs of the products shown on the online selling website www.greenvetic.ch are indicative. Greenvetic Sarl undertakes to match the photographs of the products displayed on the website www.greenvetic.ch as closely as possible with the real products.
Greenvetic Sarl products are made with natural products. Natural products can cause differences between products such as slight differences in capacity, color or clarity.
It is possible that the perception by the customer through the screen of the photographic representation, does not correspond exactly to the products themselves.
Once the customer selects a desired product, it must be added by the customer “into the shopping cart”. The customer can proceed this way until all the desired products have been added or/and continue the ordering process, indicating the delivery address, and paying. This shopping cart can be modified at any time until the moment of payment.
When the customer validates the shopping cart content at the time of the order, the customer agrees to purchase and pay for the selected products and to accept these general terms and conditions for the sale of products or service. The contract comes into force as soon as the customer has entered the payment information and this has been validated on the online selling website www.greenvetic.ch. After validation of payment, the order is therefore placed. The sales contract is concluded when the order confirmation is sent to the customer.
Once the order has been placed, the customer cannot complete, modify, or cancel it. No refund will be made to the customer. The customer receives the order confirmation information by e-mail once the order is validated and paid has been processed.
Greenvetic Sarl undertakes to sell the products as represented on its online selling website www.greenvetic.ch within the limits of available stock.
By ordering on the website, the customer acknowledges and guarantees that he is of legal age and has the capacity to contract.
The prices indicated for the products of the online selling website www.greenvetic.ch are inclusive of all VAT and are excluding delivery costs. The prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF). Delivery costs will be indicated at the time of ordering before the payment. Delivery costs will be calculated according to the products ordered and the delivery country.
Greenvetic Sarl reserves the right to modify without notice and at any time the prices and other costs on the online selling website www.greenvetic.ch. The products will be invoiced to the customer according to the prices in force at the time of the validation of the order.
For the payment of the order, the following payment methods are accepted:
The order will be considered effective only after a confirmation of the approval from the bank payment centers.
To ensure the security and confidentiality of the customer’s sensitive data, and in accordance with the regulations in force, the online selling website of Greenvetic Sarl does not store the customer’s bank details. The customer must, if wanted, save or print the payment certificate, at the time the transaction is carried out, this if the customer wishes to keep the payment details related to the order. All credit card data is encrypted to protect the customer.
Greenvetic Sarl, through its online selling website www.greenvetic.ch delivers worldwide. The delivery is made in parcels by the Swiss Post in PostPac Priority for the deliveries in Switzerland. For the deliveries in other countries, the parcels are sent by the Swiss Post and then they are routed to the country’s corresponding postal services.
Delivery costs are calculated after validating the “shopping cart”, and the prices are established by Greenvetic Sarl. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a special promotion is specified on the online selling website www.greenvetic.ch.
The products are sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer when the order was placed.
Delivery times are indicative. For deliveries in Switzerland, the delivery time is of 1 business day using PostPac Priority if the order is placed before 3 p.m. and 2 business days if the order is placed after 3 p.m and of 7 business days using PostPac Economy. When placing the order, the customer has the option. For deliveries in Switzerland only, the delivery costs are free for orders for more than 150CHF. For European countries, the estimated time of delivery is from 7 to 10 business days, delivery day not included. For countries in America, Africa and Asia, the estimated time of delivery is from 15 to 20 business days, delivery day not included.
In the event of a stock shortage, Greenvetic Sarl undertakes to deliver the missing product(s) as soon as possible or to offer a replacement solution and discuss directly with the customer.
In the event of an error in the delivery address indicated by the customer, Greenvetic Sarl will not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the products ordered.
The customer is responsible et assumes the shipment risks for all the countries out of Switzerland, this takes effect at the moment of the contract conclusion, that is when the order is placed by the customer. The customer must first inquire/enquire about the current and existing authorizations, regulations and laws regarding the sales and purchase of products that contain CBD and/or hemp oil. Greenvetic Sarl is not responsible in any case, if one or more products are confiscated by the customs authority or any other authority for the products the contain CBD and/or hemp oil.
Greenvetic Sarl, will not be held responsible for an unclaimed package. The costs relating to a possible reshipment of a package are the responsibility of the customer.
NON-RECEPTION OF A PACKAGE
The customer has a period of 30 days from the date of shipment of his order to notify us of the non-receipt of his package. After this period, no claim will be accepted.
If the package is damaged at the moment of the delivery, the customer must not open it and must imperatively refuse the package by returning it to the post office the following business day of its distribution. Otherwise, our services will not be able to access any claim for compensation.
PACKAGE RETURNS UNDER THE MENTION “NPAI”
For a return of parcels in NPAI (N’Habite à l’Adresse Indicated/ Customer does not live at the indicated address), after our services have accepted and received the parcel by our services, a credit note (total of the order, postage deducted) will be made within 48 hours of receipt of the package by the company Greenvetic Sàrl. The customer can then re-order.
CHECKING THE PRODUCTS AND RETURNING
Upon receiving the order, the customer is responsible for checking the condition and quantity of the products. In the event of a damage, a missing product or any other mistake, the customer must immediately announce it and inform the company Greenvetic Sarl within a maximum of 7 days at the address firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer must provide proofs (photos) of the non-compliance of his order.
After verification by the services of Greenvetic Sarl, if the return or exchange is accepted, the return address will be communicated to the customer and a new product will be sent or a refund will be made.
From the reception date of the product by the customer, the latter has a right of withdrawal, a period of 7 days to return the delivered product, the return costs being at the customer’s expense. Only the products purchased through the website www.greenvetic.ch returned with their plastic cover or individual protective packaging intact (unopened and in their original packaging) can be reimbursed.
The procedure to follow is as follows:
– The customer sends an e-mail to email@example.com to request a return
– The customer returns his products at his own expense to the address that will be informed to him.
The product must be complete, properly protected, in its original packaging, with the individual protective film or packaging intact (unopened), along with all possible accessories.
The product must be accompanied by:
– Order number
– The name of the person returning the order
The product is checked by the internal services of Greenvetic Sarl who will validate or not the reimbursement, in particular by verifying that the product has been returned complete and in a condition suitable for its re-marketing, as the right of withdrawal provides.
If the product meets the return requirements, it may be refunded or exchanged.
If the product does not meet the return requirements, it will be sent back to the customer who will not be able to obtain a refund.
